Why BOLD Youth Initiative exists

  • To create a safe space for youth that feel lost, disconnected, and disengaged, to experience and gain the necessary tools to connect with who they are, take ownership over their lives, and live their life with intention, focus, and on purpose.
  • Empower teens that struggle with peer pressure, people-pleasing, and social anxiety. Be a part of a collaborative community that helps them understand who they uniquely are and the confidence they need to go after their goals and choose the right career path.

What do We do

We offer community-based coaching programs for youth and young adults 14-19. These groups are intentionally designed to provide support while utilizing transformative methodology. It allows students to take ownership of their lives. This allows them to expand their ability to dream and go after a life and career path they maybe didn’t think was possible. Build needed relationships for their future and create a plan successfully achieve what they want in life!

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

PHASE 1:
Discovery

  • This is a 12-week program where we meet once a week for 2 hours with a small group of like-minded peers. During the 12 weeks, you will:
  • Discover the mental blocks, triggers, and cycles that are creating frustration in their life
  • Identify who they are and what matters most to them so they can be more confident leaders at home and school and go after the right career path!
  • Learn how to overcome challenges, work through conflict and take ownership of their life.
  • Attract better relationships and build stronger connections in all areas.
  • Have the ability to make decisions about their future in school and for their career because they have a deep understanding of their purpose, vision, and mission for their life.

PHASE 2:
Practice, Generosity, Partnership, Ownership

  • (1) weekly 90 min session + Internship hours + Monthly Volunteer Projects
    Every week they will be learning and practicing:
  • How to step into and use their purpose
  • Build their life around their vision
  • Show up as a leader in a supportive community
  • Service and volunteer every Month at local Non-Profits and businesses to give back and learn the power of generosity
  • Internship and career discovery
  • Develop coping skills needed for life
  • Have a safe place to practice failure and success
